Ingrid Hollweck
Ingrid Hollweck began her professional career in 1996 with Siemens spa in Milan as person in charge for People Development. During this experience she was responsible for the design and implementation of important Performance Management Tools. She has brought retributive research into effect and was in charge of realising international management trainings and the High Potential Program. From 2001 to 2005 Ingrid has worked as a Senior Strategic Consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and was in charge of several important HR projects in Rome, London and Mumbay.
Ingrid operates in the fields of corporate executive coaching, leadership trainings and HR & organizational development programs. She is specialized in Conflict Coaching and has conducted several Team Coaching programs for important companies in different industries.
After a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and foreign languages (Otto-Friedrich Universität, Bamberg, Germany), Ingrid has obtained a Master in Organisation and People management (Bocconi University, Milan, 2000), a Master in Business Administration MBA/ full-time (Bocconi University, Milan, 2001) and a Master in Labour Law (24 Ore Business School, Milan 2017)
Ingrid Hollweck is an ICF (International Coach Federation) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and a former member of the executive committee of ICF Italy.
She is author of “Conflict Coaching”, FrancoAngeli Editore 2016 and of MooC (Massive open online courses) in behalf of Politecnico Milan, on the topics “Managing change”, “Managing conflict”, “Multifunctional Team”
Ingrid Hollweck is German, currently living in Milan (Italy) and works fluently in Italian, German and English.
